			A few days ago, a sad incident happened again. It is that certain child killed one child. Unfortunately, this kind of incidents are increasing strangely recently. Furthermore, the crimes old persons commit, also are increasing rapidly as well, while showing the unusual aspect increasingly. And, the embezzlement of public funds, the plagiarism of intellectual property in various fields, and the concealment of the crimes like that, and so on also can be seen here and there. Those are the underhand shameless crimes really. Since today the adults like that without ethic have influence in this society, it may be natural the children with abnormal mind increase. It is because the victims in the shameless crimes like that roughly are the weak persons in society, especially children finally.
	At any rate, it is certain the weak like that started to lose the sense of belonging to society. And, the arrest rate of criminals is decreasing increasingly now. If it considers above mentioned circumstances, it seems the underhand crimes and the abnormal crimes increase more and more. And, since the impulsive persons immature about the circuit of thought are increasing, the unimaginable traffic accidents and crimes also have come to often happen recently. In passing, it is certain I am the other kind of fool. But, it at least is noticing one's self is the fool. Anyhow, the above things are the contemporary problem coming from the education that teaches only knowhow. Since even the ethic is degenerating into the knowhow to make worldly desire materialize, it only is recollected at one's convenience. So, leaving the circumstances of foreign countries, it seems the mere knowhow to go well with the world for the moment and the mere knowhow to find out the proper answer without considering the reason or principle are spreading. In other words, Japan has degenerated into the mentally poor society the mere animals called Homo sapiens rule. It can notice the thing clearly if it recollects the leaders in society, and so on often behave without the ethic. However, there may be the person thinking that it isn't so serious problem because the ethical circumstances like that already were like that long before. But, really is it so ? Rather shouldn't it say that the minus inheritances like that have become the detestable magma, bearing the heat because of one's weight and are overflowing out rapidly now ?
	In Japan in old times, there was the idiom "even thief has his reasons". Though it doesn't know of other countries, this was the golden saying born out of the humane understanding of the weak, and was culture. However, in at least Japan, it seems this idiom has lost the power. Conversely, it seems the society already is in the tendency of times that justifies the vested interests and new exploitative system for the strong in the pretext of public benefit. The law system Japan imported from modern Europe was to be the system to protect the citizen's right in principle. But now, it seems it has changed to the tool to expand the right for mainly the strong though it doesn't know of the other countries. It is because it is hard to use the law well if it hasn't the money and power and spare time.
	In olden Japan, there were each characteristic gods and goddesses in each work and field and so on. However, would the gods and goddesses like that have died any more ? Anyhow, it seems it is certain human beings are decreasing. It can't stop hoping the persons become aware of one's god or goddess. However, for the persons caught to the worldly desires and the jealousy and so on and for the persons clouded of one's mind in one's privilege, as it thought, would the awareness like that be the hard work ? But, it is certain it isn't the pessimistic situation because becoming the evil looks is the evidence that the conscience still is staying narrowly about the said person. Therefore, rebirth of Japanese culture still is possible. However, it seems the bad persons without the evil looks are increasing today. Therefore, it shouldn't overlook the circumstances like that in that it is the degeneration of mind. Where would Japanese people's humility and thoughtfulness have been forgotten when ? At any rate, this is the appearance of the degeneration of brain, is the symptom of collapse of Japanese culture. And, since the culture is the basis of the community, the collapse of culture invites the collapse of the community and nation, and so on. However, in this case, we have to realize the people to shoulder the culture are the rather poor and common persons, are not the highly-educated persons, the scholars, the mass media and the power and the nation. Therefore, it is that the culture is exposed to the crisis of collapse, degenerating when the common people like that are exhausted or when it falls into the dementia. In other words, it is that the nation falls into the ruin because of the collapse of culture when the common people show the impulsive and personal behavior remarkably, holding the suspicion of one's community and of the information exchanged in that community. And, the distrust like that brings not only the increase in criminal but also the change for the worse of voting rate and of birthrate. Moreover, it is natural that it also brings the social condition that needs a large money to keep the safety. But, this opinion is adopted only about the community having historic culture. As for the community having the immature culture, it isn't proper to say the spread of crime and the low voting rate are showing the ruin of culture. Rather it has to say the community like that is in the process of the maturity of culture. But, in this case, the community with historic culture always isn't the civilized community.
			In passing, the person of culture, the highly-educated person and the scholar and so on only can express the culture well, finding out the logic and soul about the culture. And, the mass media, the powers and the nation and so on only can keep the necessary environment for culture. In other words, we should realize they never be the creator of culture and of community originally. In spite of that, in the stagnated society, the organizations like that often ignore the new viewpoint and opinion for one's vested interests and worldly desires, or try to conceal it. Therefore, it is difficult that new viewpoint and new opinion are born in the society like that. It would be because the organizations like that think new viewpoint and opinion out of others weaken one's authority and influence. But, the mental tendency like that brings the dark medieval world. At least for the society and human being, it wouldn't bring the desirable result.
	By the way, if it says about the collapse of culture further, it has to state one problem about the recent education of English. It is the increase of persons to think it should teach the infants English. Of course, it can't assert it is mistake if it is in that it polish up only the personal ability of English. But, that tendency is in the opposite extreme of the language education forced in the period of Second World War. In other words, it seems it also is based on the terribly narrow thought. Therefore, as it thought, it seems it is mistake if it considers the formation of human character. The community called Japan is based on the Japanese culture, that is, the social standard. And, the basis of Japanese culture is Japanese language. However, it seems many of people aren't aware of the thing so. Therefore, it seems that the proper understanding about the Japanese culture and history is necessary for us really now. By the way, we have succeeded in rapidly industrializing our society, with learning the knowledge and technology and so on from Europe in the Meiji era and the last period of Edo era. So, today, for the moment, it seems many of people succeeded in gaining the economically affluent life though it doesn't know whether it gained the mentally affluent life or not. Of course, it is because there were many excellent persons in those days. And, the reason why they were excellent is because they had the brain able to use the European knowledge and technology well. It thinks the ability of brain like that was cultivated by Japanese culture, especially by Japanese language. It is because Japanese language makes the brain able to receive the information from not only the language but also the various stimulus. And, that made the Japanese people able to do the detailed consideration about the various technical problem.

	However, recently, since Japanese language isn't treated so carefully, it seems the detailed expression in Japanese language and the original Japanese culture already are about to be lost. And, it seems that the information to be exchanged in the organizations is considerably taking a place of the original information the individuals exchange. Probably the foolish persons must have increased because of the circumstances like that.
