	The note of apology;. In this body, I wrote "the case of Francine" is the French song in the first edition. However, recently it became clear it, as a matter of fact, is the song written by Japanese. I apologize to you for my mistake respectfully. But, it isn't revised because it wants to leave it as the proof of my mistake. October 17, 2004.
			Once there was the song called the case of Francine though this title isn't too clear. It is the French song sung against war about thirty-five years ago if my memory is certain. It was sung by the singer called Noriko Shintani with Japanese language at Japan. It is remembering it was popular among youth layer. In those days, the world had been split to two spheres of influence because of the confrontation caused between communism and capitalism, that is, mainly America and Soviet. And, in Vietnam, war called Vietnam war was continued for long time. It is the fight between communism and capitalism if it is said from the superficial viewpoint. But, since that war was continued too long, not only in America but also in Japan and other countries, the people got weary of war and hated war because of various problems. It is natural that various antiwar movement occurred in the world widely. And, one day of the days like that, one young woman burned oneself to death for the antiwar behavior. Her name is Francine. It is said that the song stated in this head was produced, for mourning the death of her.
	In passing, the Vietnam war in those days, since America supported the dictatorship of South Vietnam, is the battle between North Vietnam communism, and America. And, this war was finished at the surrender of Saigon(it is called Ho Chi Minh today) because Saigon in those days was the capital city of South Vietnam. In other words, America couldn't rescue South Vietnam. For the moment, it can say this is the last victory for communism at world history. However, if the circumstances in those days are seen, it rather would be better to say it is because Ho Chi Minh had the excellent character and leadership, and fought for the identity of his peoples, not the excuse for own desires. And, it seems it also is certain the nuclear balance in between America and Soviet helped Ho Chi Minh.
	By the way, there is the phrase saying "It can't become clever if it say true things" into the lyrics of the stated song in this head, though it doesn't know whether it is the original phrase or not. So, today, the foolish person to say the true things has disappeared at last. But, it may be natural course because it had to risk one's life even in those days to say the true things. The reason why it said "even in those days" is because the system to oppress the speech wasn't so detailed structure. Therefore, even if someone said the true things, it was rare that he is buried socially in those days if it is said about our Japan.
	However, it seems the freedom of speech is in the state restricted to the superficial truth and gossip, and so on today. And, it seems there is the detailed system stealthily forcing a person to shut up of saying the serious truth in today's society. If so, it would be natural the hidden ignored truths continue to increase among the people because people can't know the serious truth if such circumstances continue for long time as it is. Therefore, it is that the people's recognition loses the consistency with becoming full of holes as if it had been eaten by moth. This brings the crisis for mind and society, making a mind degenerate. In that reason, today, it seems the good fellows to say nothing about the true thing are keeping on increasing. And, it also seems the rude fellows to not know true thing are spreading here and there. Unfortunately such holes of their recognition are covered by nothing besides the bigoted belief.
				Therefore, if the circumstances like that continue as it is, the people's mind will be caught to the empty and narrow-minded belief, returning to the darkness like the Middle Ages. And, since the hidden evil desires tempt the people to detestable behavior, pretending the god or good spirit or justice, and so on, witch-hunt, and so on will come into fashion. In this case, it is certain the persons called a witch are the persons stating the truth or are the weak and the heretic. It seems it is horrible problem for world. As it thought, shouldn't the secreted serious truth be dug out and understood ? In passing, the object for above belief isn't confined to the religious existence or mental existence if it is said about today.
