	Introduction. The mental problems of Japan.
	In Japanese Islands in ancient times, various people formed various communities, while cooperating each for one's living or fighting each other to get the supremacy as a time. And, soon, they also started to produce the characteristic culture in the Japanese Islands, while repeating the mixing of each blood and the fusion of each culture. Moreover, the historical process like that gives the peoples called Wha the birth in certain period. In passing, it can find out the "Wha" as a proper noun into the geography book of ancient China written about the east savages. Anyhow, it can understand the ancient history of Japanese Islands as the history of the political unification Wha mainly promoted. And, for the moment, it can say the ancient political unification like that have been completed in the beginning of Nara period for the moment at the area of ancient Japan, being started from Yayoi period though it is different from the truth a little if it is examined detailedly. Note : It is said Jomon period is from about 8000 B.C. until about 300 B.C. generally. It is said Yayoi period is from about 300 B.C. until about 300 A.D. generally. Then, As for the Nara period, it roughly is in the 8th Century. However, it can find out the history of Japanese peoples and of the political unification like that at least in the latter term of Jomon period if it is seen from other viewpoint. Moreover, if it thinks about the origin of Japanese culture, it seems it already can find out in the first term of Jomon period though the thing is stated in detail with this body. Anyhow, it can say our culture is the rare culture holding the certain mental footing without the change for about ten thousand years from the considerably old times if it is compared to other civilized communities in the world. And, its reason is in our brain's special characteristic to be stated later. Anyhow, it is that the characteristic like that produced our culture based to the reverence and awe we hold about nature. However, today, we unfortunately are about to forget the mind like that in at least our consciousness. In other words, it seems that the soul as the core of our culture is driven out to the depths of our mind increasingly though it seems it started secretly from nearly Yayoi period. And, it can say the pressure like that was brought from the ancient rationalism, that is, the logic of civilization based on the Yayoi culture if it says about the ancient time. Moreover, it can say the pressure like that was born of the rationalism of Europeanized civilization if it says about the modern times. Therefore, the rationalism like that made our mind the structure of two layer, driving out our original mind, that is, the soul like Jomon culture, to the bottom of the mind. However, as for the detail, it is stated later. By the way, it seems our original mind is holding the very excellent intuition for insight because of the certain characteristic of our brain. However, the intuition like that is apt to sleep because of the dual structure of our mind, that is, because of the mental oppression. And, it is certain many of our problems also are brought because of our mental condition to not notice the mental structure of two layers like that. Today, this community called Japan is in the tossed condition by the storm of organization and by the violent wave of globalization. This is very serious problem for us and our community having to be based on Japanese culture. Certainly, in Japan, the modern buildings and the social systems are becoming very good because of the people's effort. However, today, the original mind as the motive for the construction like that is apt to be forgotten frequently. So, the construction like that also is apt to be carried out easily as if the construction like that itself is the purpose. Probably, it seems it is because the mental principle as the core of our community is about to be forgotten. But, it would be hard we conquer the wave of the globalization without the principle like that because this storm is bringing the far bigger wave than we can imagine. And, our globalism also doesn't go well if the community's independence and characteristic are lost. It is because the disappearance of our independence and characteristic means the disappearance of our community. Therefore, if we try to live as Japanese, we need to realize the principle of our mind to be the core of our community. Of course, the principle like that is kept in the soul like the Jomon culture, not in the ancient rationalism, not in the European rationalism. Its detailed reason is stated later. However, today, it seems our original mind, being driven away to the bottom of the mind day after day, fades out because of the fast tempo of the life. And, in that reason, for us, it isn't so easy to recollect the principle of our mind like that. If this situation continues to be ignored, it seems it is impossible it gives the true solution to not only our social problems but even the present economical problems even if it looks to have been solved apparently. Since the borrowed principle from foreign countries became ineffective with the progress of time and besides it doesn't realize one's original principle, it seems it is natural the social problems aren't solved. It would be we couldn't realize the born principle out of our culture ever since Meiji era or the older period. Certainly, it seems the people tried to get back to the original mind like that when the Samurais were ruling Japan(1192-1867). But, it always wasn't tried consciously. So, the try like that stayed to the incomplete condition in that the government couldn't realize the people's inborn dignity and the core of Japanese culture completely. It seems it is because the intellectuals in each period were caught to the conservation of the powers mechanism or often to the foreign culture too much. Therefore, they grafted the foreign culture and systems to the Japanese political mechanism without the considering Japanese culture with the rationalism based on the Yayoi culture and soon with European rationalism. And, probably the thing distorted our understanding about Japanese culture. Of course, the misunderstanding about one's culture like that is seen not only in the Meiji era and the period of Samurais but even in today. By any chance, the distorted situation like that may be the result that the intellectuals or others ignored one's true mind, feeling a fear against the perceiving the deep-rooted contradiction of the Japanese culture and the political mechanism. And, it can say the reactionary feelings often seen against the influence of foreign culture have been born of the distorted condition like that. Anyhow, the feelings like that also mean the people don't realize Japanese culture rightly. As Mr. Yukio Mishima once thought, it seems the unconcern to the principle of our mind is leading Japanese culture to the terrible crisis. And, this mental crisis also is the crisis of Japanese peoples. But, it isn't the meaning saying that his viewpoint for Japanese culture was proper. In the meaning like that, many of Japanese people also aren't noticing one's characteristic mental footing. Moreover, even if it noticed the mental footing like that, it seems it ignores the mental footing like that at once. Of course, it is because it can't but face one's mental contradiction born of the double layer structure of mind if it approves of the mental footing like that. Therefore, it is that the people also almost can't notice the crisis born from the ignorance like that. And, in that reason, the people increasingly fell to depending on the foreign principle. In other words, the people grafted the foreign various systems to the various fields without almost considering the core of our culture. However, it is certain the situation like that is abnormal. We have to find out our principle and footing, examining our history carefully without the selfish expectancy if it tries to take back the true self-confidence and if it tries to make Japan the true sovereign state. I think it is natural conclusion because it is that our mind and way of behavior were cultivated by our history and by the characteristic of our brain as it states later. Japan, in Meiji era introduced European political and economical systems, and so on, trying to change to the modern nation. However, the systems like that are based on the characteristic culture of people who gave the system like that the birth. Therefore, it isn't so easy to make the systems like that work properly if the government uses the systems like that without considering one's nation's culture. Japanese people comparatively are good at the using of foreign culture and system. And, it apparently seemed it succeeded of westernizing Japanese various systems. However, we, with rapidly adapting to the Western European civilization, have faced many mental problems. But, it isn't that the problems like that were caused because of only that. As a matter of fact, these problems fundamentally were caused by our misunderstanding Japanese culture and also ancient history. In other words, it is that it wasn't so easy to dodge the contradiction lying between Japanese culture and Western European systems. Of course, the democracy adopted in the modern Japan also isn't the exception of that. As it thought, it seems it needs the mental footing gotten from the proper understanding about Japanese culture. Either, there may be the persons thinking that it is doubtful whether it can find out the principle like that from Japanese culture. However, it is the terrible prejudice for Japanese culture. Probably it would be because the person like that is being influenced to the Western European culture or American culture too much before noticing the thing. In Modern Europe, there is the democracy to be based on the monotheism. On the other hand, in Japan, it seems that the democracy based on the principle like the polytheism can be effective.
NEXT PAGE			It would notice the logic of the freedom and equality is in our polytheistic world view if it observes Japanese myth critically, comparing this myth with the Japanese history carefully. However, Since it seems the logic like that was hidden into the myth at the far ancient times secretly, we must consider not only the structure of the myth but also our mental and cultural structure without being caught to the usual knowledge. Of course, this work includes the difficult problems. It is because it necessarily can't but face the bitter truth for oneself if it thinks to carry out this work obediently. However, the mistake has to be corrected. It is because the present confusion of Japan is the divine punishment of our ignoring the mistake like that. We really now should notice the true origin of our culture.
