The origin of Japanese culture and, the world view as its logical conclusion.

	1. Culture and civilization.
	Before thinking of the origin of Japanese culture, there are the several works to do. It is the definition of the culture and civilization, and is the consideration for the relationship of the culture or civilization and the community or the peoples. However, since it thinks the detailed explanation is unnecessary because it was stated in the other paper, it thinks of the problems to lurk into the civilization, while pointing only the several essential points. By the way, the mankind forms the community for the reproduction and predation and for defence, and so on, as other animals are so. However, the social form and the sight of human society are very different, corresponding to each community, each environment, each time, and so on. In other words, at least the mankind has not only the hereditary method for the behavior but also the acquired method to be based on the hereditary method like that. And, it can say the acquired method like that is culture. And, as a time, the culture like that gives civilization the birth. Especially today, it would be hard considerably our life is maintained without civilization. Thereupon, in the following, it states the feature of civilization, that is, the definite specialization systems. 1: The definite politics system. The bureaucracy supporting the powers mechanism. The operation ability about the physical power, that is, the military strength finally assuring the function of the powers mechanism. 2: Each organization to be supporting the life, that is, the farming, industry, trade, communication, distribution, etc. 3: The specialist group, that is, scholar, etc supporting the above specialization systems. Then, it is said the above specialist group roughly is classed to the next 3 field, that is, it is a mental field, a scientific field, a technological field. In passing, the military strength roughly is kept in the armed forces, and so on. Moreover, the sword of powers like that is turned to the inside of the community at the certain circumstances as a time though it should be originally turned to the foreign invaders. By the way, the culture is the mental footing supporting the above division of labor if the characteristic of civilization it stated before is proper. Then, it is certain the theoretical footing born out of the certain tenet or mental atmosphere is lurking to the undercurrent of the mental footing like that. And, the mental footing like that is classed to the next items. That is, it is the religion, the various learning, the various technology supported by those mental footings, and the guiding principle, the life custom, etc. (As for the guiding principle, it often overlaps with the religion.). Then, in the community having the characteristic like that, those mental footings appear as the next concrete forms. That is, it is the politics system, the economic system, the style of the fine arts, the life-style, the style of architecture, and so on. Moreover, it can say the style, form, and ability of the machine and tool, and so on also are such concrete forms as well. And, it is said the whole appearance of the concrete forms like that is so-called civilization in the narrow meaning. Though this is a figure of speech, if it likens a culture to a painter's mind and technique, and so on, it can think civilization is the painter's work, that is, the expression of painter's mind. Therefore, no one can assert a culture necessarily produces the civilization. If so, why would a culture give a civilization the birth? If it observes a culture carefully, it notices the culture promotes the division of labor for the effective management of the community, fusing each member's ego to the community under the certain circumstances. And, in that reason, it can think the culture is the origin of the standard for behavior, is the only centripetal force of the community. Therefore, it can say the powers mechanism is only the empty organ unable to function if there isn't the culture. In other words, it is that it is difficult the powers mechanism functions at least in the human society if the culture is in the terribly ruined condition. Or, it rather may be better to say it is impossible. The importance of a culture is in this. However, it doesn't seem today the political leaders at least in Japan have concern to the culture itself so though it interests oneself in the constructing of the buildings for a cultural event. It would be because it is caught to the efficiency of organization, the economic efficiency too much. And, many of people also are being possessed to one's desire and the getting economic benefit. Not only the political leaders but also many of Japanese people almost doesn't try to notice the true characteristic of the Japanese culture though various crimes are increasing because of the weakening culture, that is, the weakening standard for behavior. This is the serious problem for the people and for the powers mechanism. As it stated before, it is because the culture is the only footing for the norms, for behavior and for the powers mechanism. In recent Japan, the fine art galleries and the splendid concert hall, and so on are built one after another though it feels sorry for stating it many times. And also, the cultural assets of old Japan are preserved, treated carefully. However, it seems it is only the preservation of the appearance of the culture, the construction of space to be used for cultural event. Therefore, it can't assert it is realizing the importance of culture doubtlessly. We should realize the culture is the appearance of the fused ego based on the information exchanged among individuals persistently. It seems we recently are apt to forget the thing. By the way, it can think the culture is the acquired method for the perception and the exchange of information if it considers the brain about the thing. And, if it explains the culture about the ego, it is the standard for behavior born of the community members' fused egoes. Moreover, if it is seen from the biological viewpoint, it is the footing of the powers mechanism and is the acquired method for the species-preservation. Therefore, it is that the crisis of culture brings the crisis of the community, weakening the function of the powers mechanism. In other words, the degeneration of the culture weakens the life force of the community terribly. In passing, if the sword of state often is aimed to the people of one's country, the social condition like that is the evidence the powers mechanism was weakened of its function terribly. It is that it is difficult the egos are fused to the society under the social condition like that. In other words, the social centripetal force and the effectiveness in social standard can't but become weak under the social condition like that. And, it can't assert this is foreign problem. It is because recently the powers started to confine freedom of speech with the penal regulations. It also seems the present voter turnout apt to decline shows the social centripetal force is weakening. This is the very anxious problem for future Japan. Today, the economic efficiency is given priority not only from the state but even from individuals. So, the people's ability and time almost is used for enhancing the efficiency like that. Because of that, there isn't time it thinks one's life deeply. And, in that reason, the people are caught to only the knowhow as for one's life, without considering the meaning of knowhow. It is because the exchange of information for the individuals is becoming thin in the home and community increasingly. Of course, it isn't the exchange of information is becoming thin in job. Anyway, the social fusion of each ego becomes difficult under the situation like that. And, finally it is that it brings the ruin of culture. It seems to be the natural result the consistency of recognition in society and the consistency of social standard are lost because it is that even the consistency of individual's recognition is doubtful because of the lack of true communication. Recently, fake religions and the common persons' crimes hard to understand are increasing. It seems it is related to the above problems. And, it is difficult the problems like that are solved with the temporary measures. As it stated before, it is because these social problems are caused because of the lack of consistency in recognition and because of the unsuitable condition of fusing ego. In passing, the recognition with the consistency it stated here isn't the objective recognition. It is the subjective recognition holding the consistency, is the footing of objective recognition and logical consideration. It is because the true recognition is established with realizing the whole subjectively, not objectively. By the way, I think the most fundamental reason why Japan was defeated in the Second World War, is because the persons with the true recognition like that were a few. In other words, it seems it is because the people were caught to the confined objective recognition with the narrow viewpoint too much. And, it seems it is because the persons to lead the people lost the consistency of the recognition because of one's too strong worldly desire. They had been caught to the wishful thinking because of the reason like that certainly. This also is our present problem, not past problem though this problem is seen at other communities as a time. Therefore we shouldn't forget to see the persons and society in our own eyes, that is, the subjective recognition having the consistency. If not, we again would repeat the past mistake. Now, It seems the people's heart is about to leave from community and organization because of various pressure. And, first, the mood like that appears as the unconcern and noninterference against the strangers, the weak persons in society, and the persons difficult of adjusting himself to the organization. However, it often changes to the more bad condition. In other words, it often changes to the definite intent of expulsion against the persons like that. By any chance, it already may be reality if it sees the present society without the preconception. Anyhow, this may produce the more serious problems. Even if the mood of expulsion like that doesn't cause the actual expulsion, it is difficult to make the ego of above unfortunate persons fuse to the society if the mood like that is there. And, today the persons like that never be a few in the community, organization and school. Rather, many persons look to be feeling the fear that it may be alienated from the society and the organization if it harms the efficiency of the organization and so on. And, the people caught to the fear like that are apt to oppress the weaker persons or other increasingly, trying to escape the fear like that to keep one's life though it has no concern with the social problem. This is the serious social problem. If the intention of expulsion in question is called up, it will call up the oppressed people's horrible grudge to be aimed to the society increasingly. And, the grudge like that makes the certain persons commit the terrible crime suddenly. Actually a crime like that recently often is seen. The underhand murders to be seen among children as a time also are the expression of mental condition like that. This is obvious conclusion if it notices the children are the weak most in society. It would be certain they commit a more terrible crime if it grows as it is so. Of course, it isn't it says that the oppressed persons like that necessarily commit the crime. It is related to their character and to the extent of consideration for the social oppression. And, in many cases, the victims of the crime like that are the more weak persons. How do you think about this? Anyhow, it is certain that the number of the more weak people to be stated here is more than your conjecture. Anyway, the spread of the mood of the expulsion and alienation is very dangerous. Even if it isolates the persons the society felt danger, it can't dodge the danger like that. For example, assume there is the possibility one percent of people living in our country brings a danger for us. Moreover, assume someone with powers isolates them from the society. However, it is certain the dangerous persons of one percent again appear if the social condition of Japan isn't improved. And, isolated people would increase day after day. It is certain a part of them also change to a dangerous person. It is that the social condition like that makes the norms confuse, with obstructing the fusion of ego. Anyhow, the person is the creature. And, the creature's behavior is decided by the circumstances it lives in. Of course, it is necessary it copes strictly against the crime in the law or other. However, as it stated before, since it is the social problem persistently, it is hard to solve it with only the method like that. We would have to take back the thoughtful society to promote the fusion of ego from the viewpoint like that. In connection with the thing, recently, there is the social tendency to wish the punishment like vengeance in at least our society. However, the tendency like that makes culture and mind degenerate. It is because it means it falls into the same mind as the criminal if it obeys the tendency like that. This is very dangerous for the said person and for the society. However, if a person is the victims of the crime like that, it would be hard it suppresses the vengeful heart. Therefore, it is that at least the society has to make effort to cure the vengeful heart like that. (This part was added newly in January 29, 2005.) By the way, as it stated before, the concept of peoples is related to culture deeply. It doesn't mean mere biological existence or mere physical existence. In other words, it has to think the concept of peoples is composed of the various viewpoint, that is, the biological viewpoint and the psychological viewpoint, the historical viewpoint, and so on, if the understanding about the culture and civilization mentioned in the above is proper. And, if it tries to conceptualize the certain people as the peoples, it also needs to feel that each member of the said community has the same feature about their members in various meaning. In other words, as for the conception of peoples, it needs such subjective recognition that the members not only have the point in common of the language and the form of behavior but also are in the close relation biologically. In passing, it would be needless to say there is the fact that their ancestors had composed the relatively large community or the state for considerably long period behind the formation of peoples. Anyhow, it is certain the formation of peoples needs not only the mixing of each blood and culture and language but also the sense connecting with community. In that reason, there is the possibility new peoples called the U.S.A peoples are born if the people of various kind in the United States of America promote the mixing of each blood and if they make their characteristic culture develop furthermore while keeping on maintaining their country for long. But, in this case, it seems it is necessary America is in the isolated condition from other countries more than the present U.S.A., is the considerably small country than the present U.S.A. In other words, it is that the peoples never be the everlastingly fixed existence. It rather should say the peoples are the organism repeating frequently the birth, the separation and fusion, under the various environment (the geographical condition, the climate condition, and the change of supremacy and so on). The future considerations all are based on the above mentioned concept.
NEXT PAGE			By the way, it seems there is the persons thinking that the mankind can acquire the peace with being dyed to one culture. However, would it be so really ? Needless to say, the mankind is creature. It can't live without the diverse ecosystem. Needless to say, the simple ecosystem is very weak against the change of environment. Even if it is exposed to the so not serious crisis, it falls into the ruin easily. If it considers the thing, it isn't allowed that the diverse culture and peoples lack for the development of mankind. It is because it seems the human society also needs to be diverse if the human societies are a part of the nature for us. We would have to think deeply about this problem especially today. It is because we are being exposed to the violent waves of globalization and the violent change of natural environment really now.
