	Recently, I watched certain SF film on TV. It is the times I were thinking about certain computer by chance. So, I had watched it until the end, sinking oneself into thought about the computer when it notices. It is because the story was concerning the computer in question. By the way, the following is the outline of the story it watched in the film. Certain excellent scientist has created the computer able to foretell the future, contracting with the president of certain company. However, once the computer was born, he forgets what he did in the period when he was working there. It is because he had promised to be erased of the said memory in the certain unknown medicines, in exchange for getting unbelievable money. And, the circumstances like that cornered him into the situation so dangerous that he may be erased from this world. However, its details and ending isn't stated here. 	However, would it be possible to produce with our abilities the computer able to foretell the future, really? To tell the truth, today, it is that we already may be about to produce the computer like that, before it notices, or by any chance partly intentionally. And, if it is real, there is the possibility the prophecy the computer like that outputs decides our future. It is the serious problem for us. But, it is hard to think the computer like that is born at once. Therefore, for the moment, it may not be necessary to worry about it too much. However, it is certain various nations and companies are trying to create the computer in question, studying in the furious effort though it doesn't know whether they are aware of the serious problem this computer may produce. And, this computer is called as the quantum computer. But, by any chance, there may be a person misunderstanding my comment. In other words, it is that it isn't this computer can foretell the future because of its unbelievable high ability. To tell the truth, the secret this computer can foretell the future is in the microtips for operation called the quantum dot.
	As you know, the heart of present computer is the LSI calculating with the binary system. The personal computer all is growing with increasing the numbers of bit for expressing the value of 0 or 1. Even if it is the super computer, it is same as the personal computer in that meaning fundamentally. In other words, even the super computer can't but work in the binary system, that is, with using the value of 0 and 1. Therefore, this is the calculation using the value already decided like 0 or 1. However, the calculation in the quantum dot is fundamentally different from the calculation the usual computer makes. It is because it seems the quantum dot calculates with the yet not actually confirmed value. If my understanding is right, the value of 0 and the value of 1 both exist into the quantum dot under the certain probability. This condition is called as the superposition in the quantum theory. I feel this quantum dot gives reality unexpected effect though I don't know physics and mathematics well. Its reason is described in following.
			According to the present physics, the substance has both the characteristic of light and the characteristic of particle. Concerning the thing, the scientist often states the aspect of the interference of light and the aspect of the electron the nuclear has. But, its detail explanation isn't stated here. By the way, as it thought, the core of this problem is the characteristic of undulation the substance has. According to the present physics, the substance exists as the undulation until it is observed. Once it was observed, the undulation, shrinking in a instant, becomes so-called substance, that is, the particle able to be perceived.
	In other words, it seems the electron the nuclear has exists in the condition of the undulation anywhere in the area able to exist, under certain probability, until it is observed. The reason why it can't assert it is certainly so is because no one can see the aspect like that. It would be it can't but think so if it considers this logically and mathematically, and with the causation. At least, I am understanding like that. However, would the understanding the undulation becomes the particle, shrinking with getting the observer be proper really? To all appearances, it feels it is different from the truth a little though it may be nonprofessional idea. In other words, it is that it feels it is hard to say the undulation is in reality though it is certain the particle exists at reality because we can see it. It is because the concept of undulation always carries the concept of probability for our thinking of the undulation. As you know, the probability is the mathematical expression to show about certain possibility. In other words, the probability is based on the concept of possibility. If so, as it thought, it seems the undulation isn't at least reality. Rather it seems it is better to think the undulation is the possibility to be about to be in reality if it considers the undulation with the viewpoint of logical consistence. It is because it seems the causation at least in this world collapses if reality includes the possibility world into oneself. Therefore, I can't think the undulation is reality without the condition it change to the particles. Of course it is natural that in this case, it isn't the undulation becomes the particle, shrinking. In passing, I don't adopt the idea of the parallel world because it includes the serious logical contradiction. I think the world we(individuals) can't observe directly all belongs to possibility world for the said person. Reference : The physical world seen from the cognition-subject. Therefore, I guessed the possibility called the undulation to become reality with changing to the particle in a instant when it got the observer. I am keeping the opinion like that for long. And, it is that the opinion like that makes me suspicious about the quantum computer. Reference : 16-2 : The wavering reality. However, how do you think about my anxiousness? May I think you understood my anxiousness because it is that the problem about the quantum computer was stated detailedly like this? Anyhow, if my understanding of the quantum computer is proper, it can't think this computer makes calculation with the value already decided like 0 or 1.
	In other words, there is the possibility this computer makes the value yet not decided decide with calculating uncertain value expressed with probability. And, this means this computer can decide the future. This is serious problem. Can you accept the situation this computer take the place of god? However, it can't assert there isn't the possibility my understanding about the quantum computer isn't proper. In that reason, by any chance, it may be that I only am possessed to the unfounded anxiousness. But, If the quantum computer is produced in the idea the undulation and particle both are reality, as it thought, it seems the serious problem is born. Can you accept the situation the computer decides whether Schringer's cat lives or die? If this consideration all is my delusion, the world may be peace. However, I feels anxious somehow.
