		Powers and the norms.
	In the former knot, it explained about "the creature's logic functioning between a society or colony and the individuals or members". And, the logic like that functions as the power to maintain the organism to the proper condition, as the fundamental power controling each individual or each member, as the power deriving from the creature's logic. At the human society, it, against the members, appears not only as the political power but also as a social standard, that is, the ethics, the morality, the custom, the law, the arbitrary commandments from the powers, and so on. And, many of the standards like that are memorized in the imprinting into the said people's brain. In other words, the standard acquired in imprinting acts as the internal standard. So, the internal standards like that are perceived as the ethics, the morality, the custom, and so on by the said people. But, it is natural that the extent of the imprinting is different corresponding to each individual. And, a part of the internal standards often overlaps with the law system. However, it can't assert that not only the human being but even other organism are always obedient to the social standards. Therefore, it seems that the logic of creature, making "the creature's logic to control the individuals" evolve, formed the powers. In other words, the effectiveness of the standards like that is finally assured by the powers as the principle. And, the political powers like that function by the powers mechanism. Then, the powers mechanism adjusts the effect of social standards in the direct intervention or in the indirect technique, corresponding to various situations. Of course, Its purposes are the control of the individuals' desire and also ability, finally are the maintaining the powers mechanism. By the way, if the powers try to carry out the direct control, it has to carry out it by the statutes with the compulsory means or by the arbitrary commandments issued from the administrator, and so on. On the other hand, there also is the indirect control. That is, it is the reserving the interfering to the social control being not based on the law system, administrator's arbitrary commandments, and so on. Moreover, it is also the education for the members of the society, and so on. In other words, the indirect control is the preserving or repressing the actual effect from the supported social control by the internal standard (ethics, morality, a custom, etc). If it sees it from the converse viewpoint, it can say the extent of the effect like that is decided in the mental condition of the people mostly. It is because the powers are supported by the people in principle. However, it is natural that the interference from the powers is reserved in principle as it stated before. By the way, the internal standard overlapping with the law almost isn't in today's Japan. Therefore, even if someone doesn't follow those standards, the state doesn't intervene for the thing in principle. The solution of the troubles like that roughly is left to the person concerned or the said organization or the said community, and so on. Of course, the method for the solution needs to be based on the law system of the said society. If not, the nation doesn't permit the solution like that. Then, the method for solution mentioned before is applied in principle for the general civil case and for the troubles of the commercial transaction and so on. But, it is possible the concerned persons ask for the judgment to the court about the problems if the problems like that don't get the solution. Especially, for the general civil case and the problem of the commercial transaction, and so on, there is the regulation of the law prepared carefully. And, the opportunity of the judgment like that occurs frequently. In passing, the judgement like that functions as the command or the compulsory execution, and so on from the powers mechanism. However, if even the judgment like that can't function well, or if the nation wants the actual effect of the social standard of something, the powers move one after another to the direct intervention. If it states it in the turn of the occurrence, first the direct intervention like that may appear as the opinion or statement of administrator and so on. And, it seems the guidance and leading are issued from the administrative organ after that soon. Then, it may reach to the preparation for the new compulsory statutes finally. And, if the new statutes like that are made, the nation will try to control the individuals, with using those statutes. Moreover, the powers may adopt the coercive direct intervention as last resort if it is in the imminent circumstances. In other words, it is the physical force appearing as the use of the military force and the police force, and so on. However, if the direct intervention from the powers is done abundantly, it has to think the said society is in the crisis. It is because it must be because the social functions, that is, "the internal standard controling individuals" are growing weak. In other words, it falls to be difficult that many of the morality and other social standards cope to the social circumstances at that time. It would be because the logic of the usual social standard estrange oneself from the logic of creature controling the individuals. Therefore, each individual gets confused in the gap between the two logics like that. And, each individual's confusion confuses the powers controling the individuals. As that result, it is that the social standard's function and even the creature's logic controling the individuals grows weak increasingly. In passing, in this case, it is certain that the powers mechanism also are turning one's back to the creature's logic controling the individuals. By the way, the two big upper organs as the brain and powers mechanism are growing to the elaborate organization especially in the human society if it is compared with the other organisms. And, the estrangement caused among the political power and the social standard and also "the creature's logic controling the individuals" expands the various social problem, and complicates it furthermore. Really, it is very deep-rooted confrontation in between the individual and the whole. In other words, it is the contradiction in between the individual's organ or cell and the individual (the brain), in between the individual and the society, in between the individuals and the powers mechanism, etc. Needless to say, it is natural that the thing also is applied to the relationship between the organization and its upper organization. And, it also is natural that the confrontation between self-preservation and species-preservation is acting in the undercurrent of the contradiction like that. As it stated before, even if the creature's logic to control individuals leaves from the usual standard, the powers try to keep the present condition in spite of the abnormal circumstances like that. In other words, it tries to maintain the actual effect of the usual standard, especially the actual effect of the law system though it needs the new social standard and so on originally. And, it is finally carried out by the physical power if the people don't obey the law, and so on. But, in this case, whether it likes or not, the powers mechanism confronts the creature's logic as the result. It is because the creature's logic in this case is wanting the new social standard. Therefore, the action of powers mechanism like that brings the horrific contradiction not only to the society but also to the powers mechanism itself. Needless to say, it is because it means that he point one's sword to his footing, that is, the people. Of course, it means that the operation of the powers mechanism reached to the limit of his ability against the various problems. Really, at that time, it can say the society like that has been exposed to the crisis of collapse. And, at that time, as for the individual (the brain), many parts of his heart are caught by the logic of the self-expansion. In that reason, the imprinting about the social standard to the individuals is obstructed. "My act is proper, because the unsuitable is the ethics.". "No problem if my bad action doesn't fall exposed.". The mental tendency like that spreads in the society exposed to the crisis of the collapse before it notices. Even if people apparently show the obedient attitude to the social standard, the society never go well if their true intention is like above mentioned words. It is because the circumstances like that make many persons negative against the social communication. So, the effect of the communication as the internal standard is buried into the bottom of the heart by the individual's logic, or is driven out. On the other hand, in this case, the powers mechanism can't cope with the change in the society because the powers mechanism originally is apt to try to maintain the present condition. Probably, it seems that the modern society, trying to conquer the weakness of social system like that, has found the parliamentary system. However, would it be functioning well now ? At any rate, it seems that the collapse of society is inevitable if one new logic doesn't appear and if the organization to embody the logic like that doesn't appear. Will it be collapse from the inside ? If not, the society, covered by the logic of the powers, may do the reckless challenge. At any rate, it seems it is obvious the society like that or also the organization falls into the terrible confusion. Today, the natural science is making the medical technology develop very much. It is said it can make even the organism of the brain death live. If it watches not only the social circumstances of Japan but also the circumstances of the world, it can't but hold the suspicious doubt. And, the person feeling like that wouldn't be only me.
