			About one month has passed since that detestable accident occurred. It can say it is the worst accident on the history of Japanese railway. According to the mass media, that accident occurred because of mutual effect of various factors, that is, the matter of the rail road worker education and the matter of the business policy and overcrowded schedule or other. Or, that accident may be related to the evil effect coming from restructuring of motormen and so on. It is because there is the possibility the decrease of the mature motormen was obstructing the information for the immature motormen. In other words, it may be that the mature motormen's daily experience wasn't handed down to the immature motormen well. At any rate, it seems that the injured persons and its families and the families of the dead persons never forget that accident. If it sees that terrible sight before the eyes and considers the causes of the accident, it can understand their saying "This is murder, not accident".
	Contrary to that, the railroad corporation at first looked to not be accepting the matter of the accident so seriously. So, it hears it angered the families of victims terribly with the unsuitable treatment for the victims and its families. Would it be that the persons' understandings are each different corresponding to the difference of the matters the said person faces ? Or, at that time, the people of the railroad corporation may have been falling into the panic situation. So, it may be that they, wanting to think that accident to be another person's affairs and coming to not know what it should do, behaved like that. Or else, would it be exposing the daily consciousness that it rather should give the maintenance of the organization the priority than the ethic ? Since I am rather weak and timid person, it can understand the mental state like that for the moment. At any rate, even if it says the difference of the said persons' recognition like that is the everlasting matter at human being and human society, it never be exaggeration. If it gives familiar example, it can find out the difference like that from the behavior of anti-Japan the people of China and of Korea, and so on show as a time. As you know, the modern Japan, using the political confusion of Asian continent, made inroads upon China and Korea, and so on. Since it roughly was carried out with intervening militarily (it is the obvious invasion if it is seen from the victims), many battles were repeated there. Furthermore, it doesn't seem it can assert that the battles like that always were under the Japanese government's control if it considers the history. In other words, since Japan in those days was in the condition filled by worldly and personal desires, especially the desire of promotion terribly, certain persons were urging the people to war, trying to fill own desires like that under the pretext of patriotism. And, at that time, the government had lost the ability to control the selfish persons like that. Or, it rather may be better to say the government itself was in the condition ruled by the desires like that.
	At any rate, under the social condition like that, many people in China and Korea, and so on died or suffered though it shouldn't forget we also are the victim as well. Therefore, it seems it is natural that they think it was killed by Japan. Though a person is apt to forget to have given other person harm, the victim never forget the thing. The anger like that and bitterness would be more strong if it is compared with the first mentioned accident. It seems that it is similar to the emotion we feel of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, and to the emotion American feels of Pearl Harbor. And, the history like that and the emotion are handed down to the future generations naturally. Of course, it can apply the thing to the relationship between Japan and China or between Japan and Korea, and so on. And, the history handed down like that and the emotion come to the surface, urging the behavior of Anti-Japan under certain conditions.
	In other words, when certain Japanese persons anger them with the certain behavior, or when certain political force intends certain political purpose whether it is in Japan or China or Korea or other, or, when the people feel unsatisfactory against the politics and so on, the behavior of anti-Japan occurs. At any rate, it is Japan's very big minus inheritance. In those days, our society couldn't stop the reckless run of the military authorities, making many errors at the internal politics and the foreign policy and so on. Therefore, it is natural result we shouldered the minus inheritance like that. And, it is needless to say it is the heavy fetters for our present foreign policy. In spite of that, it yet can't assert we finished doing self-examination completely. It can find out the evidence of that from the decay of recent Japanese economy, and from the terrible increase of the loan the government shoulders. In other words, our society couldn't control the persons trying to fill own pockets under the pretext of economic advance. It rather may be better to say it was following such persons. So, it is that it tasted the terrible defeat at the economic war, continuing to make the same mistakes as the past mistakes. By the way, recently, detestable incidents that takes away girl and places her under illegal detention occur frequently.
			So, it heard certain kidnapper gave her the threat, saying "I may kill you if you don't love me". But, it doesn't seem it is possible she loves the man giving her the threat like that. It seems recently men unable to understand even such a thing are increasing rapidly. (Reference: The Ptolemious person shouldn't read this.) Probably you would sneer at such a man, saying "It's silly". But, it may not be so proper to think the foolish behavior like that is only the matter of person like him. It is because the persons to seemingly look clever do the utterance similar to that kidnapper's utterance as a time. "The people should love one's nation.". That is their habit of talking. However, whenever person feels the love to something, it seems it goes into the condition like that voluntarily. It is impossible the mind like that is cultivated by compulsory means because it isn't mere know-how. If it want to be loved by someone whether it is state or person, it has to show the proper affection and insight for the object of love. It seems this is the truth able to be understood by anyone, though it doesn't know how you think of the thing.
	The people necessarily are hoping to love one's country even when the country is in the bad condition. In spite of that, if the people lack the mind to love one's country, it seems it is because the state isn't treating the people properly. It is hard to say the patriotism born by the compulsory means or by the suggestion like hypnotism is true patriotism. It seems everybody can understand the thing if it considers the social condition of Japan in wartime and the social condition of certain countries. It can't think the deceptive patriotism created like that is true patriotism. It seems the deceptive patriotism like that rather only increase the persons trying to fill the pockets with using the people's patriotism. And, it can say the persons like that often force the people to have the patriotism. The society to increase the persons of the kind like that would lead oneself to the horrible collapse, giving the other countries the pains, making that country's people tired. Or, the above mentioned patriotic utterance may be the evidence showing that the self-examination to the Second World War in Japan isn't enough. And, if so, it seems it isn't so easy Japan's intention for peace is perceived from the other people. Leaving the actual circumstances, the people never be the tool used for the government's benefit and rich person's benefit. It has to think that only the common people, maintaining the culture, can bear the centripetal force of the said society. (Reference: Japanese culture and the Japanese people's brain.) It is natural that it apologizes to the other country's people for the past troubles until their minds are cured. If it, leaving the matters in between countries, thinks about their mind, it seems it isn't the political intent and the matter of the economic support,and so on. It has to think it is the mental matters persistently.
	However, would what be most necessary for Japan today ? It thinks it is the mind prizing the people and the culture from the heart and is each personal constructive self-examination facing up to the past mistakes in maintaining the mind like that. Of course, the matter of kind like that isn't characteristic matter of Japan. There are various matters similar to the matters of Japan like that also at foreign countries. However, even if it comment on the matters of the other country, it can't think Japan changes to good condition because of that. It is poor political means same as the low level plot exposing one's ignorance though it also is seen in various countries on history as well. It seems it only functions as the poor excuse only making the friendly persons approve. And, it also doesn't seem it is the behavior respected from the other countries. At any rate, it seems Japan shouldn't stay on the present mental level, cultivating more patience though it is necessary to state the proper opinion for the foreign countries' plot and misunderstanding, and also to do proper behavior. Short temper isn't good anyway. How do you think about it ?
