	There is a deep-rooted contradiction between too growing capital money or giant enterprises and countries. This was already stated a little in the other statement(Japanese edition). Needless to say, capital money's purpose is different from a country's purpose. Therefore most communities called country have made compromise between one's purpose and the capital money's purpose for each benefit.
	However recently the capital money, especially the speculative capital and enterprises, growing big rapidly, are about to go over one community called a country, in various meaning. By any chance, it may be that the capital money started to control the country's behavior. It seems that the tendency like that is remarkable especially about speculative capital. Several years ago, the thing made me feel uneasiness that the contradiction between giant capital money or giant enterprise and the community called a country may gush out suddenly. In other words, I imagined that speculative capital, and so on ignore the country one's self belongs, may give terrible pain to the other countries or even to his country. If this anxiousness of mine comes real, it would be certain that it is the global serious problems. And, it also is certain that it is the problem unable to be settled by only the country concerned, and involves easily other countries soon.
	If the countries in the world don't move to settle those problems, the contradiction I found would cause the serious problems concerned to the base of capitalism. I thought like that in those days. But it still couldn't imagine so clearly about what happens concretely.
			However, in 2008 year, Lehman Shock was caused. And, this year, financial trouble in Greece came to be clear. It is that the problems making me feel anxious were shown concretely by those troubles. Probably the loss caused by those troubles must be made up by the countries concerned and soon other countries. When it considers this result, it would be able to say that the countries became the foods offered to a monstrous being called capital money. Moreover, it is hard to understand the problem of this kind as temporary trouble. It rather seems it is the fundamental problem the capitalism by loose restriction brings. By any chance, it may be that capitalism started to attack oneself and a community called country. Needless to say, this problem is brought by the capital money's basic purpose, that is, instinct of self-reproduction. If we keep on ignoring this problem, this problem would give us serious damage with various ways increasingly after this as well as the climate change, that is, the problem of the rising temperature of Earth. And if so, it is certain that this world falls into unprecedented confusion in near future.
	For human society, stable economic environment is important as well as stable natural environment. In that reason, it thinks that it is natural that the controled capitalism for human society and the stable community called country are necessary even if capitalism doesn't want to do so. We fast must find out the countermeasures to cope with the habit of capital money apt to run wild.
	Probably there would be some countermeasures. It is supposed it is easier relatively to control the economic environment than controling natural environment though it is certain it is difficult. Needless to say, some restriction to capitalism would give many capitalists some pain. It is certain that many capitalists don't like to accept the restriction like that. However, the countries in the world and the capitalism now have serious sickness. If we do nothing, the countries in the world and capitalism may collapse, soon. If the capitalists consider that deeply, they would accept the restriction probably. It is because the base of present abundant wealth is the sound economical environment and is the stable state of countries. To tell the truth, it is that this is the battle in between the communities called country and the capital money which became a kind of virus. (As for this meaning, it is explained later). However, at present, the capitalists' attitude to this battle is negative. And, the countries' opinions about this problem each are different. This would be because the minus relationship between the capital money and the communities, that is, the relationship to bring the serious financial affair still isn't realized clearly.
	I think a community called country is a living body. There is the detailed explanation in 'Civilization and living body'. (This is Japanese edition). Anyway, the community called country behaves, showing the characteristic of living body. Economy is one of the important elements to make the country's activity maintain. And, the base for economical activity is capital money.
			However, the world economy now is expanding rapidly. And, the capital money started to show us one's instinct plainly. In other words, the capital money came to be apt to not consider countries' benefit. In the society of creature, as a time the gene of an individual revolts against the living body he should maintain. Needless to say, the gene like that is the variant able to cause cancer, and is the variant, that is, virus going out of the living body to the outside world. In other words, they are the genes who gave up the maintaining living body, and also are the genes who selected other ways for self-multiplication. However, the variants like that attack living body in many cases. And, it brings living body the death as a time. The above-mentioned comment that the capital money becomes a kind of virus was stated in the meaning like this. In passing, this never be as a figure of speech. And, it also never be as an exaggeration.
