Civilization and living body. A fundamental consideration to the evolution theory.

		Introduction.
	Today, the vast ship called the civilization is running toward the higher civilized world with the horrific speed increasingly. And, if it states it in the figurative expression, by any chance, its speed looks to become faster than the speed of light soon. It can't but feel some fear. What kind of influence will be brought us in the social keen change like that ? For human being, what kind of existence would the civilization be ? It can say these problems were the first motive for the future reasonings. So, it makes the reasonings to find out the problems to lurk in common to the civilization and creature at this body, while considering the relation between evolution and information. Therefore, it seems it rather is better to say these reasonings were started from the viewpoint of social science than the biological interest. But, in that process, it could find out the new biological understanding. In other words, it found out the basic confrontation between the individual(or a part) and the whole at the process of the reasonings. That is, it is the contradiction existing between the individuals and the community, between the various organizations and the civilization. And, it seemed the contradiction like that is similar to the contradiction laid between the cell (or a organ or a gene) and the creature. In other words, it seemed the social contradiction like that is based on the fundamental contradiction the creature has. If so, it seems the future reasoning necessarily needs the biological viewpoint. Then, it seems that the inside and outside at the creature and community, are decided by the said observer's or the said object's consciousness and judgement. Therefore, it also needed the psychological viewpoint as well. It is because the decision about the inside and outside decides the part and the whole. So, since then, it started to think about the problems of the human being and the society, with the viewpoints like that. And, the reasonings like that led me to the certain understanding of the relationship between the inside of organism and the outside world. Moreover, the understanding of the living body(organism, community, and so on) like that made my faint image about evolution evolve to the obvious understanding. That is, evolution is a part of all the movement born by the relationship between the creature and the various environment, and occurs as the result of the movement like that. It can say this is the fundamental idea for the future reasonings. This idea is stated with the mathematical expression in the 3rd knot and the 4th knot, and so on in the detail. But, needless to say, it is natural it has to consider all the knots if it tries to understand it better. And, if it reads this body properly, it seems it can understand evolution is the appearance of evolution of information for regulating the irreversible change of living body fundamentally. In passing, it is related to my idea that the civilization is a kind of living body. Therefore, even if it examines only creature for understanding evolution, it seems to be the difficulty it understands evolution. And, it also would be difficult that it understands the true characteristic of civilization. At any rate, the future reasonings all are stated in the above-mentioned viewpoint. Therefore, it may be different from the usual way for the biological consideration. And, by any chance, there may be the poor explanations and the misunderstandings and so on because I am the outsider as for the biology. But, since it seems the fundamental idea and logic roughly are proper, please forgive these mistakes. It is fortunate if the biological problems about creature and civilization and so on are perceived from the statements it states later. In passing, the statements like that are based on the memorandum which was written in the 1998 year.
