To old edition.		Evolution and the political powers.
	Now, what kind of power or logic would the vector to change the structure of the living body appear actually concretely as ? It, with returning to the basic viewpoint, thinks about this problem. Thereupon, it thinks to observe the behavior of the amebas again. Just now, these amebas are in the dangerous circumstances. Therefore, they have to compose the spores and the support body with their bodies. But, they can't compose the spores and the support body if their behaviors aren't controlled. And, if they can't conquer the crisis like that, it would only die out, drying up. Therefore, they have to cooperate to compose the spores and the support body, and also have to control each behavior. In other words, the aggregation composed of amebas like that must be given the power(or ability) able to control each ameba's behavior with repressing or activating each ameba's desire. And, the ability(power) like that organizes amebas, classing them to the lucky individuals to become the spore and to the unlucky individuals who die as the branch. (As for the biochemical phenomenon of the power like that, it isn't mentioned here.). Then, as it stated before, it seems that it is the same kind as the power organizing cells to make up the individual. Even if it is seen from the viewpoint of biochemistry, the function like that may be same as the function organizing the cells to create the individual, at the organism having the poor upper organs. But, this statement is mere conjecture at the moment. Anyhow, it is certain that the following fundamental inherent factor is immanent in a organism, a colony, a society, and so on for the forming each organization and the maintaining each organization. That is, it is the information to be exchanged among the members of the organization, and is the control of the individual's internal reaction caused by the heredity information. And, it can apply the above thing to also the human society though it doesn't seem the biochemical reaction decides all. If the individual human being and society and so on is a living body, it is natural that the various organizations at a living body exist, based on the factors like that. It is because it seems the factors like that are derived from the logic of the creature. The multicellular organisms evolved from the unicellular organisms. And, their heredity information was inherited from the unicellular organisms fundamentally. Furthermore, a colony and a society, and so on is composed of the individuals inheriting the heredity information like that. Therefore, the above reasoning seems to be proper. However, evolution in the organism and also progress in organization both made us face the very serious problem. We know many of the functions of the genes are entrusted to the upper organ at especially the multicellular organism and its society. And, the condition like that caused the terrible conflict to the living body(a organism, society, and so on). It can say that the conflict between human brain and the powers mechanism is the most striking phenomenon about this problem. In this case, the brain is the acting person of instinct of the self-preservation mostly. Then, as for the powers mechanism, it is the acting person of instinct of species-preservation mostly. In other words, the brain almost functions to get the superior social position in the individual. And, the powers mechanism not only activates the individuals' various ability, desire, trying to maintain the organization, but also inhibits the individuals's ability, desire as well. In passing, if either is said, it seems the latter tendency rather is stronger than the former at least in Japan. In other words, the powers mechanism is apt to regard the individuals as one's organ or the materials composing one's body. So, the powers mechanism tries to control the individuals to maintain his body, that is, the community. Therefore, as a matter of fact, it can say that the species-preservation is self-preservation for the organizations and the political power in this case. And, this relationship between the political power and the brain can be observed in between a organization and a person, in between the colony and its member, and in between a individual and its cells. However, it apparently seems that the individual(or brain) functions to maintain not only his body but also the society. Furthermore, the brain certainly administers a part of the sex impulse. If so, would a brain be also the acting person of species-preservation concurrently ? For a while, let's observe other mammal, for example the Steller's sea-lions. The male of the Steller's sea-lion fights other males to acquire the females at the period of the reproduction. And, if fortunately he could reign in harem, he keeps protecting the territory and the harem without doing even the predation. So, he can leave his genes to the next generation. If so, what kind of impression would you feel from the sight like that ? At that time, it apparently seems that his brain is concentrated only in species-preservation. And, if the impression like that is proper, by any chance, his brain may be also the acting person of species-preservation. However, would it be really so ? A little more, let's observe the behavior of the Steller's sea-lion. Just now, it is in the latter half of the period of the reproduction. It can see one Steller's sea-lion acquiring the territory is challenged by another male. Then, probably, it would see that the females and children are crowding in the seaside which the two males are fighting. If the reigning male's brain give the priority to species-preservation at that time, he would change the place of battle to other places. Since the male's body is horrifically big, it is because he, crushing his children carelessly in the battle, may kill the children. However, it seems that he almost doesn't pay the attention like that. Even if it crushes the children in the fight, it won't try to leave that place. However, why would it be ? Would it be because his brain is poor ? At least for me, it doesn't seem it is so. Rather, it seems that it should say his brain hasn't the program able to dodge the danger like that. It can understand the thing at once if it observes the nauseating fight often occurring in the human society. Even if someone to obstruct the purpose he has as a creature is his parents or his children, it is because he never do pardon the obstruction like that if it is at the creature's society. Needless to say, if it is a human being, it is certain the behavior like that is the problem. But, it can't say that it is unusual if it is a creature. Rather, it should say that it is an objective fact. By the way, if it observes the human society, there also is the moderate method to yield the regime to his child or the successor. Furthermore, there also is the method to change the regime with the democratic technique. The aspect of the human society like that seemingly look to be contradictory to the creature's logic if it sees the behavior of the Steller's sea-lion it mentioned above. But, would it be so really ? It seems that the action like that is only the result brought by both the human sensitivity and the human reason. In other words, it can say that it only could have the program able to dodge the danger after many fights because a human brain is just a little more efficient than the Steller's sea-lion. Needless to say, this is related to human culture deeply. But, it is stated later a little. Anyhow, the fundamental difference between the human being and creatures doesn't exist at all at the biological viewpoint. It has to think that the usual activities of the brain are controled by the desire of the self-realization derived from instinct of self-preservation persistently. And, if it is seen from the psychological viewpoint, it can say it is the desires of the ego expansion. Anyhow, it would have to say that the sexual desire and also the impulse of the child care and so on at the brain are controlled under the umbrella of the desire of the ego expansion like that. Therefore, it seems that the way of the response of the brain about the above-mentioned behavior under the instinct of species-preservation is born of the relationship between the brain and the society. In other words, it would be because the "creature's logic to control the individual" functioned in the society or in the colony. And, since it seems that the reaction of brain like that is supported by the information transmission in between each individual, it seems to be a kind of culture or the origin of culture. The impulse of species-preservation at a brain can't function without the communication like that. It thinks that the thing can be understood if it recalls that the animals bred by a human being do the child care renunciation as a time. Furthermore, it is known that it is difficult to return them to the wildness. It would be because the method of the communication as the species wasn't probably inputted as the imprinting to the brain because he was isolated from the wild colony. As for a brain, it is certain it isn't the acting person of species-preservation originally if the above is considered. It is said that the homo sapiens the wolf reared in certain period can't become a so-called human being. And, it seems the poor condition of today's true communication in our society is like the above-mentioned really. It is because the people, especially children are about to be put in the isolated situation similar to above-mentioned situation in the certain meaning. This seems to be the very dangerous situation for our society. But, since the social tendency oppressing the people trying to state the true intention at least in our society is seen, today's situation of Japan may be the natural result. By the way, it seems that the two fundamental instincts called species-preservation and self-preservation were derived from the logic of the preservation of the genetic information at the process of evolution of organism as it stated before. Therefore, it is difficult to decide the definite boundary between the two instincts if it doesn't consider the object and also the actual circumstances surrounding the object. And, it seems that the vagueness like that is similar to the vagueness in between the concept of individual and the concept of society or other. In spite of that, the relationship of these two instinct appear in any organism as the relationship between the "logic of individual" and the "creature's logic controling the individuals". And, it is that the thing gives the deep influence to evolution. If so, in that case, How would the above relationship of two logics concern evolution ? If it observes actual creature's society and colony, and so on, it seems that the creature's logic to control the individuals appears as the powers mechanism. In passing, "the powers" in this case are the wider concept than "political power", and are applied to not only human society but also all creature's society. And, usually, the powers like that don't like to change his system, his organization, social condition, and so on. Not until the powers are supported by the conditions like that, since it can exist, it seems it is natural that powers try to keep the conditions like that. Therefore, the powers like that control the behavior of the individuals, to keep the usual social condition, corresponding to the various social change. Though repeating, the purpose of the powers is to preserve his organization, and so on. However, the conditions of society like that are influenced not only by the social factor or a inside factor of the living body but also by various other factors as it also is visualized from the before-mentioned equation. Therefore, it seems that it is impossible the conditions like that are maintained or changed by only the powers' intention. And, as a matter of fact, it would have to say the thing decides the limit of the validity of the powers. In spite of that, the powers try to maintain the usual conditions in most case, even if country or living body are about to fall into the serious crisis. Thereupon, when the limit like that appears, "the creature's logic to control the individuals" oozes out as the new logic or the new power from the inside of the society or the inside of the living body, stands up to take the powers. In this case, the new power like that appears first as the unity of each individual's logic. In other words, each individual's logic comes to bear the same vector on the each social requests. So, it seems that the logic(or power) like that appears as evolution or the reform, that is, the revolution, the social reform and the change of government. But, if it sees it from the biological viewpoint, it shouldn't forget that the creature's logic fundamentally makes evolution or the reform like that materialize. Anyhow, it is certain that the unity of each individual's logic finally appears as new powers, that is, the actual power to control the individuals. In passing, if this is the phenomenon in human society, that is called the political powers. If the function like that doesn't act, the unification of the organization would be lost. And, if the living body(society, creature) falls into the circumstances like that, it would never be rare that it dies out, becoming difficult to adapt to the new environment. Therefore, if a society and creature and so on fall into the dangerous situations like that, even if the usual powers use physical power in the full power, his social powers can't but be weakened. And, conversely, the individuals tend to behave in only the individual's logic with following one's desires, without considering the social requests and the request of the political powers. Really, it is today's serious problem. It would be because the new power(or now logic) to fit to the present social conditions can't appear. Needless to say, it isn't that the creature's logic to control the individuals is the political powers whole. But, it is the basic power to give political power the birth, and is one appearance of the creature's logic. By the way, many of various social problems lurking to us are caused out of the above mentioned fundamental contradictions. And, the things stated about such contradictions can be applied to all the living body as well. Recently, new sicknesses are breaking out one after another. Then, the increase of outbreak of the cancer also would be well-known fact. The uncanny phenomenons like that look to be the evidence that the centripetal force of the organ or living body became weak. Needless to say, the concept of "living body" includes society, colony and ecosystem or other, in this case. And, this is not only related to the change in the outside environment, but also related to the change in the internal factors deeply. Actually we are feeling too abundant various problems lurking to today's society. If a person observes these sicknesses and problems spreading, a person who falls into the uneasy mood wouldn't be only me.
