To old edition.		The logic inherent in civilization and ego.
	Here, it thinks about the relationship between the logic inherent in civilization and ego. When the civilization imposes the requests mentioned in the former knot on human ego, would where be the limit able to accept the requests like that, for the ego ? In the former knot, it stated the problem of human being living in the civilized society a little, as the logical image under the condition of the mainly irreversible social change. But, as the actual problem, where would the limit of above acceptance under the reversible social change be ? Really, this theme is the psychological problem pressing very much, and also is the biological problem as well. Therefore, it thinks to examine the relationship of a civilization and ego to find out the footing of the reasoning like that. The individual usually thinks, recognizes and behaves under the logic of self-preservation. And, it can say that the ego is the mental origin causing the behaviors like that. Therefore, it seems that it can find out the ego not only in the animal but even from the ameba if it is as the primitive condition. Needless to say, it is ready that this statement is laughed off. But, if the following statements are compared to the statements mentioned in other knots, it thinks that it can be given your understanding probably. However, since the animal and ameba, and so on have no more than the few cerebral new cortex or haven't the brain itself, it can't perceive even own ego, of course as for others' ego. Since the ego is the subject of the perception persistently, isn't the object of the perception, it has to say that no one can perceive a ego usually. Therefore, if the ego tries to make himself the object for the perception, he has to observe his past ego objectively. And, there isn't the method else. In other words, it can't observe present own ego logically. So, if it says more strictly, it needs to find out from oneself the mental and physical existence different from one's self, and has to distinguish the existence like that from one's self. And, it can say that one's self unable to distinguish with the work like that is the true ego. (Since the ego stated here is different from the usual understanding a little, the detailed explanation is stated in the next knot.). However, for this work, it needs the excellent brain and the proper training. And, it doesn't seem that the organism able to do so exists besides the human being at least on this earth. Needless to say, this statement is only meaning the mankind's ability like that is considerably excellent than other organisms. Anyhow, even if it has the excellent brain, it is certain that the perception to the true ego is the difficulty considerably even for the human being if it doesn't do the training enough. But, it doesn't seem that the person keeping on making one's mind always concentrate on one's ego is in this world. Usually our mind is concentrating on recognizing the outside of own ego. By the way, it seems that the recognition to own ego is related also to the depth of the person's internal standards. It seems that it can understand the thing easily if it observes the illogical thinking and impulsive action which are seen in the recent youth. Needless to say, it isn't that they all are so. It is the irregular behaviors often came to be seen. However, it is certain that as for the persons behaving illogically and impulsively, the circuit of the brain for objective perception to oneself and also the internal standards aren't maturing because of the lack of the training. (It doesn't refer to the biochemical cause and the undesirable change of natural environment to be regarded as the cause like that recently.) And, it also can say that the immature condition of the internal standards disturbs the self-examination. In other words, the work called the self-examination also is necessary to perceive own ego. However, the impulsive person hasn't the habit like that. The circuit of his brain is kept to the immature condition. It may be natural that they can't know the difference between one's self and one's impulse. But, it shouldn't criticize only them. It is because their problem is related to the confusion of social standards not only their mind. In passing, the recognition to oneself influences also the limit and way where a person adapts oneself to the civilization's demand as it stated in the seventh knot. However, anyone have the ego because the ego is the subject of perception, even if he is the immature. It seems that it is the truth to be applied to the whole of the living body though it can't say that the ego is always conscious of oneself. The ego first perceives the outside world, and judges the relationship between himself and the outside world. And, it can say that the ego's judgement like that decides a creature's behavior. But, it isn't he is conscious of the border in between the subject of perception to be oneself and the object of perception to be the outside world. As a matter of fact, to get conscious of the thing, it needs the work called self-examination. And, the border between oneself and the outside world has the very flexible characteristic which is born of the ego's characteristic. It thinks about that problem next. Now, the civilization, the community, the colony, and so on belong to the outside world for a individual's ego in the general cases. If it says why it confined it to the general case, it is because the ego has the very flexible characteristic as it is well known in the psychology. Thereupon, think about the operation of the car a little. The immature driver almost can't drive his car if he doesn't make one's consciousness concentrate to the manipulating of the car. In other words, at that time, this car belongs to the outside world for the driver like that. However, as for the skilled driver, it can operate the car, without the concentration like that for the present though it doesn't seem that it is so proper for safety. In other words, in this case, it can say that his ego contains not only the said person but also his car, though it may be so in only a moment. Then, when a person is walking on a sidewalk, and so on, he doesn't seem to always pay the attention about the way of the walking. At that time, his legs usually exist in the inside of his ego. But, the usual condition like that is changed to the unusual condition as a time if it feels the pain because of the injury and so on. In other words, the legs like that exist as the object, that is, the outside world to perceive for the ego. At that time, it can say that the ego is smaller than the usual condition. In other words, the ego can expand or shrink endlessly whether he intends to do like that, or not. Needless to say, since a ego isn't the physical existence, it is natural that it hasn't the size. Therefore, it can say that the above statements were stated as the physical impression though it is well-known expression in psychology. In that meaning, the ego can expand until reaching to the universe from the mathematical speck. Therefore, when the ego became the mathematical speck, the position of space-time which the true ego, that is, cognition-subject possesses becomes definite. By the way, people in the top term in the French absolute monarchy whispered the rumor that King Rouis-fourteenth said that we are France. But, to tell the truth, it is unclear whether that really was his utterance. Rather it is said that it isn't the fact. However, since it is the episode of the top term for him anyway, even if he was in the mental condition like that, it never be strange. At any rate, it is the symbolic anecdote of the ego expansion. And, the expansion of ego like that leads each ego of the members to fuse to the community. If it sees the condition like that from the viewpoint of the consciousness, it is the feeling uniting individuals to understand as the certain mental footing, that is, the core of the said community. For example, it feels that one's wife is a part of oneself in the certain circumstances. And, at her side, there as a time is the sense that my husband's thought is my thought. It hears that the consciousness like that was seen remarkably at Japan in the period of the Second World War and so on though it doesn't know whether the same situation is seen or not in the foreign countries. But, it isn't that it stated the above examples with the expectation. It has only stated it as the fact persistently. Don't misunderstand me please ! Anyhow, the fusion in egos is the remarkable characteristic of ego, is very strong power to maintain the community. If it sees the fusion of egos from the viewpoint of social science, it can say that it is the power to form the social standards. Needless to say, it is natural that the creature's logic functions on the undercurrent of the fusion like that to form the social standards. In other words, the fusion of the egos really is the fundamental power controling the individuals. Therefore, if it regards the social norms as the footing of civilization, it has to think the fusion of egos is the footing of culture. And, it can think that not until the fusion of egos occurs, the social norms are formed because the culture is the footing of civilization. As a matter of fact, it seems that it can find the structure like that even out of the amebas if it observes the amebas carefully. When the amebas try to compose the spores, it can think that the power to fuse each ego functions on the said amebas strongly. And it seems that the power like that is brought by the creature's logic when the amebas are in the dangerous situation or under the various pressures. Even if it thinks the situation like that from the viewpoint of psychology, it can say that the aggregation of amebas like that is the appearance of one culture, is born as one civilization and one creature because of certain information transmission. In passing, in the case of human being, above-mentioned information transmission is one of culture surely. Anyhow, it seems that the above mentioned psychological viewpoint can be applied to all the organisms. As it stated before, the power to fuse each ego increases the strength rapidly if the community falls into the crisis. Or, it rather may be better to say the individuals have to fuse for each survival. However, it can't assert that the try of the fusion like that always goes well. If one human society falls to the crises, by any chance its members may get tossed by the storm of the totalitarianism, being fused by the logic for the powers mechanism or by the logic of ruler. If it recollects the world history, it seems that the thing is the obvious truth under the certain condition. The cornered community often changes to one fierce animal. However, it necessarily isn't the fusion of the egos lead the society to the totalitarianism. As a time, the social environment like that, with making other persons' ego concentrate to the certain person, brings the person having the very excellent penetrating mind to this world. The person like that would have the ego of whole of the creatures probably. However, even if someone looks to be like that, since most of the persons like that are the pretender, it seems that it is necessary to pay the attention, as Christ also said that anyone sees the situation like that at the final period of the world. But, as for him, it seems to be one of the genuine human beings probably. In the former part of this knot, it showed the ego has very flexible characteristic able to harmonize between the said ego and other egos. And, it is natural that the degree at fusion and the size of the fused egos are changed by the relationship of the external environment and internal environment. In other words, the aspect in the fusion of the egos is different, corresponding to the vector those environments show, in the same logic as the mathematical expression of the change of the living body in the fourth knot. If so, it seems that the ego can adjust to any environments because it is very flexible. And, if so, to all appearances, it doesn't seem that the troubles of the maladjustment occur for at least so-called ego. However, if it sees the reality, it never be so. Even if it says that many persons are suffering from the neurosis today, it never be the exaggeration. If so, what would the troubles of ego be caused by ? Or, would it be it isn't trouble of ego? Anyhow, the troubles like that seem to occur because of the circumstances of where the requests from the civilization exceed the limit of the human perseverance probably. Or else, it may be because the degeneration of the brain started. Anyhow, it seems that the trouble of maladjustment for ego is the trouble between the ego expansion and the fusion of ego finally. And, there was one serious problem apt to be overlooked. It is the problem about the certain people's sense it is in the alienated situation from the society or the organization, is the problem about the self-alienation coming from the sense of the alienation like that. Needless to say, it can't assert there is no possibility the sense of alienation from the society is the unfounded understanding the certain persons think by oneself. But, it is certain they are feeling the pressure like that. And, their actual feeling like that is imprinted on his heart together with the isolated condition from the outside world. That is, the factors like that are the father of the self-alienation. And, needless to say, the mother in the meaning like that is the said heart. Anyhow, if someone falls into the mental condition like that, it seems that it is considerably difficult to adjust oneself to the society because it is that he thinks it continues to be alienated from the inside and from the outside. Our society today is maintaining relatively gentle condition for the people on the surface. (Since this sentence was written about fifteen years ago, it may be a little different from the present conditions. Rather, today's situation may have become worse. October 31, 2011.). Furthermore, we look to be insensitive relatively about the crisis which is brought from inside and outside of our community. In other words, it can say that now is the time the fusion of the egos is considerably difficult. As it stated before, it is because the human being tries to think about all things mostly by the individual's logic under the gentle social conditions. Even if it is the pretended peace, since many of people don't try to notice the concealed crisis, the above tendency of people doesn't change so simply. (March, 2011, vast tunami swallowed up Japan Islands. This terrible disaster may make the people realize the concealed crisis of Japan though as a matter of fact. And, it may be the crisis to be in common to the world.). By the way, there is the remarkable problem especially now about the above mentioned alienation. It is the defence-reaction derived from instinct of self-preservation causes the above mentioned alienation because certain persons tend to feel doubtful about all of the society. Today, it seems that the mental problems in society get caused out of the problem of the too excessively adapting oneself to the organization and the problem of the alienation. Probably, it also would be the problem out of the lack of the affection and thoughtfulness in the home and society or other. If the society keeps suppressing the individual's logic with the powers' logic, the society's vitality and the individual's vitality are lost because of the growing problems of alienation and the too excessively adapting oneself to the organization. And, conversely it seems the fusion of egos becomes hard increasingly. In passing, it seems that the most serious problem from the too excessively adapting oneself to the organization is certain individuals' tendency to give the priority to the logic of the organization more than the social standards. It is because the person like that is too obedient to the organization he belongs to, tends to think the organization is all of his world. And, there is strong possibility the too excessively adapting oneself to the organization brings the degeneration of brain. It thinks this not only is the problem anxious on humanity but also is the serious social problem. The present is 2011 year. Recently it hears the persons tending to make one's world narrow started to increase. By any chance, this may relate to the problem of the too excessively adapting oneself to the organization. Anyhow, if the individual tendency like that becomes the social tendency, it may be convenient for the organization for the moment. But, it is certain that the society shifts to lacking the centripetal force and unity. If it sees the recent politics, it, lacking the centripetal force and unity, looks to be giving off the suspicious sign like that. It hears that the politics in the period of about Second World War had lacked the unity in between the government, the navy and the army, or other because of the weakened political centripetal force. By any chance, this also may be the imminent now problem. Each person taking part in politics is expected to behave with the discreet judgement. Today where would our society be trying to go ? We are apparently free now. But, it seems that it is only the pretended material freedom in that the persons are made to do the similar behavior, pushed into the same molds called a organization. It can't assert that we are free mentally. In fact, each person's behaviors are restricted by three strong power, that is, the logic of self-expansion, the logic of ruler and the logic of civilization. Furthermore, each power looks to be spoiled with each collision now. And, the circumstances surrounding each individual look to be becoming terrible increasingly like the natural environment as the civilization progresses. If so, it can't assert there isn't possibility each individual's true hope and ability is crushed in the friction like that. It is there is strong possibility that each individual, absorbed to the whole completely, falls into the degeneration of the brain, the degeneration of the society. And, it seems that the persons the civilization doesn't need are shut in the lower layer of the society. Needless to say, the persons like that are a person who doesn't finish becoming an organ and are a person who injures efficiency. They would be twined to the chains of poverty as the mere means for labor, without the benefit the civilization brings to them, in spite of originally its members. By any chance, such a social conditions already may be about to become reality. Anyhow, if the above supposition is proper, it seems that the fusion of their egos to the society is hard considerably. At the recent years, it seems that the voting rate of the election becomes low increasingly. By any chance, this may be the proof of the thing that the above supposition lurks to the undercurrent of the mind of the people. Would it have to say that this social condition is the demand coming out of the creature's logic? I don't want to think so. As a matter of fact, those social problems are not only the problems of Japan but also the problems of the world. The too excessively adapting oneself to the organization and the maladjustment, moreover the collision of three strong powers really are the deep-rooted problems to be caused out of the ripeness of a civilization. It may be that the civilization is standing in front of suspicious forked road now. Or else, would it be this be the mere delusion coming out of my neurosis?
