To old edition.		Political powers and social norms.
	At the former knot, it explained about the creature's logic. It administers the relationship of a society or colony and the individuals or members. And, the creature's logic bears the fundamental power which controls each individual or each member to maintain the condition of the living body(society or colony). At the human society, it, for the members, appears not only as the political powers but also as a social standard, that is, the ethics, the morality, the custom, the law, the arbitrary commandments, and so on. And, many of the social standards like that are memorized in the imprinting into the said people's brain. In other words, the standards acquired in imprinting act as the internal standards. So, the internal standards like that are perceived as the ethics, the morality, the custom, and so on by the said people. But, it is natural that the extent of the imprinting is different corresponding to each individual. And, a part of the internal standards often overlaps with the law system. However, it can't assert that not only the human being but even other organism are always obedient to the social standards. Therefore, the creature's logic formed the political powers with making the "fundamental power to control the individuals" evolve. In other words, the effectiveness of the standards like that is finally assured by the political powers in principle. And, the political powers like that function by the powers mechanism. Then, the powers mechanism adjusts the effect of social standards in the direct intervention or in the indirect technique, corresponding to various situations. Needless to say, its purposes are the control of the individuals' desire, ability, finally are the maintaining the powers mechanism. By the way, if the powers mechanism tries to carry out the direct control, it has to be carried out by the statutes with the compulsory means or by the arbitrary commandments the administrator, and so on issued. On the other hand, there also is the indirect control. It is the social control not being based on the law system and administrator's arbitrary commandments, and so on. That is, it is the reserving the interfering in internal standards, is the education or other leading the members of the society. And, its purpose is the control of the actual effect of the social influence of the internal standards(ethics, morality, a custom, etc). If it sees it from the converse viewpoint, it can say that the effect of the control like that finally is decided with the attitude the people show, and also the mental condition of the people. It is because the political powers are supported by the people like that in principle. However, it is natural that the political powers' interference is in the condition able to act in principle. By the way, the internal standards overlapping with the law system almost aren't in today's Japan. Therefore, even if someone doesn't obey the standards like that, the state doesn't intervene in the thing in principle. The solution of the troubles like that roughly is left to the person concerned or the said organization or the said community, and so on. Needless to say, the method for the solution needs to be not illegal against the law system of the said society in this case. If not, the nation doesn't permit the solution like that. Then, the method for solution mentioned before is applied in principle for the general civil case and for the troubles of the commercial transaction and so on. But, it is possible the persons concerned ask for the judgment to the court about the problems when they can't get the solution. Especially, for the general civil case and the problem of the commercial transaction, and so on, there are the regulations of the law prepared carefully. And, the opportunity of the judgment like that occurs frequently. In passing, the judgement like that functions as the command or the compulsory execution, and so on through the powers mechanism or functions as the acceptance of judgement which includes the recommendation of compromise. However, if even the judgment like that can't function well, or if the nation wants to make the actual effect of certain social norms stronger, the powers mechanism starts to move one after another to the direct intervention. If it states its process in turn, first the intention of direct intervention like that appears usually at the opinion or statement of administrator and so on. And, it seems that the guidance and leading are issued from the administrative organ after that soon. Then, it may reach to the preparation for the new compulsory statutes finally. And, if the new statutes like that are made, the nation will try to control the individuals, with using those statutes. Furthermore, the powers may adopt the coercive direct intervention as last resort if it is in the imminent circumstances. In other words, it is the physical force appearing as the use of the military force and the police force, and so on. However, if the direct intervention from the powers mechanism is done abundantly, it has to think that the said society is in the crisis. It is because it seems that the social functions, that is, "the internal standards controling individuals" are growing weak. And, it means that many of the morality and other social standards don't finish coping to the social circumstances at that time. It would be because the logic of the usual social standards and the logic of usual powers mechanism started to leave from the "creature's logic which should control the individuals and which should form the powers mechanism to cope to the social circumstances well". Therefore, it can say that it is natural that each individual behaves with one's own logic, getting confused because of the gap between the logics like that. And, each individual's confusion confuses the powers controling the individuals. So, it seems that the function of social standards, the function of the powers mechanism and even the function of the creature's logic grows weak increasingly. In passing, it seems that the confusion like that is brought from the internal factors more than from the external factors. And, it is natural that above circumstances show the limit of the political powers's ability. By the way, the two big upper organs as the brain and powers mechanism are growing to the elaborate organization especially in the human society if it is compared with the other organisms. And, the circumstances like that often bring and expand the estrangement among the political powers, the social standards and also the creature's logic, make the social problems complex. Really, it is very deep-rooted confrontation in between the individual and the whole. In other words, it is the confrontation which occurs between the individual's organ or cell and the individual (the brain), between the individual and the society and between the individuals and the powers mechanism. Needless to say, the thing also is applied to the relationship between the organization and its upper organization. And, it also is natural that the confrontation between self-preservation and species-preservation is acting at the undercurrent of the confrontation like that. As it stated before, even if the usual standards leave from the creature's logic in question, the powers mechanism tries to keep the present condition in spite of the abnormal circumstances like that. In other words, it tends to try to maintain the actual effect of the usual standard, especially the actual effect of the law system or of the internal standards though it needs the new social standards usually. And, the powers try to finally maintain the effect like that with using the physical power if the people don't obey the powers mechanism's will. But, in this case, whether it likes or not, the powers mechanism conflicts with the creature's logic as the result. It is because the creature's logic in this case wishes the new social standards and the new powers. Therefore, this confrontation is very horrible. Needless to say, the political powers were derived from the creature's logic. Therefore, the powers mechanism's behavior like that means that he points one's sword to one's mother. It would be natural that the operation of the powers mechanism reaches the limit of his ability about the various problems because the operations like that are to be in the state of confusion. And really, under the social condition like that, it is that the society is exposed to the crisis of collapse. At that time, as for the individual (the brain), many parts of his heart are caught by the logic of the self-expansion. In that reason, the imprinting about the social standards to the individuals is obstructed. "My act is proper, because the unsuitable is the ethics.". "No problem, if my bad behavior doesn't fall exposed.". The mental tendency like that spreads in the society exposed to the crisis of the collapse before it notices. Even if people apparently show the obedient attitude to the social standards, the society never go well if their true intention is like above mentioned words. It is because the circumstances like that make many persons negative against the true social communication. So, the effect of the communication as the internal standards is pushed to the bottom of the heart by the individual's logic, or is driven out. On the other hand, in this case, the powers mechanism can't cope with the change in the society because the powers mechanism originally tend to try to maintain the present condition. Probably, it seems that the modern society, trying to conquer the weakness of social system like that, has found the parliamentary system. However, would it be functioning well now ? Wouldn't certain persons having the political power be trying to influence the politics, considering only their convenience? If so, it is certain that the creature's logic thinks the revenge against the said society. And, the collapse of society is inevitable if one new logic doesn't appear and if the organization to embody the logic like that doesn't appear. Would it be collapse brought slowly from the inside ? If not, the society, covered by the logic of the powers, may do the reckless challenge as Japan once experienced the same situation. Anyhow, it seems that it is obvious that the society like that falls into the terrible confusion. Today, the natural science made the medical science and its technology evolve rapidly. It hears that even the organism in the brain death can live. However, it doesn't seem that it applies to the society which is living body. When it sees the social conditions of the world, a person to feel anxious wouldn't be only me. * In passing, the social conditions written here mean the social conditions of 2011 year when I am writing this revised edition.
